Ydy hi wir yn fore da, neu wnaeth sŵn eich cloc larwm wneud i chi riddfan?! Tybed faint ohonoch chi wrandawyr sydd wrthi’n gwneud paned, neu’n bwriadu ymweld â’r gampfa neu wrthi’n paratoi i fynd â’r ci am dro? Efallai fod yna rai pobl ffodus yn dal i fwynhau cynhesrwydd eu gwlâu y bore yma, a gwyn eich byd chi wir! Tybed beth sydd o’n blaenau ni heddiw? Yn hollol naturiol, fydd rhai ohonom yn mwynhau diwrnod reit hapus, ond fydd eraill wrth gwrs yn gwynebu diwrnod anodd. Wrth i ddiwrnod newydd wawrio, rwy’n aml yn dwyn i gof y weddi enwog sy’n dweud, “Arglwydd helpa fi i gofio nad oes unrhyw beth yn mynd i ddigwydd i mi heddiw na fedru Di a fi ddelio ag ef gyda’n gilydd.” Gall y gwirionedd hwn fod yn gysur mawr wrth i ni wynebu stormydd bywyd. Un o’m hoff enwau ar Iesu yn Efengyl Mathew yw ‘Emaniwel’ sy’n golygu ‘Duw gyda ni’. Yn anffodus, prin iawn ‘rydym yn cael ein hatgoffa o’r enw hwn tu hwnt i dymor y Nadolig, ond erys Iesu yn Emaniwel trwy gydol y flwyddyn! Pan fydd yr haul yn machlud heno, fy ngobaith i yw bydd pob un ohonom yn medru dweud fod yr Arglwydd wedi cerdded gyda ni boed e’n ddiwrnod da neu yn ddiwrnod anodd.
